How this drives disbursement: PHCs above 80% occupancy receive their full quarterly BHCPF allocation. Between 60–79% triggers a remediation plan. Below 60% places the PHC on a payment hold pending a workforce recovery action. The data above is live from the FHIR registry — no separate reporting cycle.
